El técnico marca cada punto y registra las mediciones en la app Android durante la visita, sin transcribir nada después.
La evidencia queda registrada con fotografías
Las fotografías se toman con el celular y quedan en la orden y en la hoja de vida del equipo, junto con sus manuales y certificados.
El repuesto se descuenta de bodega
Si el técnico cambia una pieza, la registra en la orden y el inventario se actualiza. Bodega consulta el movimiento sin necesidad de avisos adicionales.
Técnico y cliente firman desde el celular
Firman el técnico y la persona que recibe el equipo, sin imprimir ni escanear documentos.
El informe en PDF se guarda automáticamente
Con las dos firmas, el informe en PDF se genera y queda en la hoja de vida. El cliente lo descarga desde su portal y el cronograma marca el preventivo como hecho.
Listo para auditoría: cada equipo con su historial firmado, organizado y disponible en un clic.
